Labor and delivery add to your heart's workload, too. WebI've noticed that my heart rate even when I'm sitting is already 100 bpm. And if I walk around etc, it gets even higher. I know that heart rate increases by third trimester, but is it normal for it to be so high already? I'm in my 9th week now. Thank you!
