And I can confirm that Crysis 3 runs perfectly smooth on my rig with Adaptive (half refresh rate) and 1 buffered frame, everything is maxed out, fxaa. No single fps drop under 30. Yet I have to say that when I was running my cpu at stock 3.8GHz there were some fps drops in rare locations. I'm using a 1920x1080 res evga geforce gtx 660 superclocked i5 3470 3.2 ghz 8gb ram windows 7 64 bit Obviously somethings wrong here if i'm getting the same fps on low as I am on very high. The drivers are up to date and I checked the bios and everything is as it should be.

At top click Apply Changes! Done. I selected 61.7 fps and it gives me 60 fps in game. This is the only thing that works! Run fine on DX 11.
